LIFT, 45 mins

a strength-based class focusing on compound lifts like barbell deadlifts, squats, bench press etc.

our trainers closely track your progress and weights each session, offering close, personalised attention for calculated progressive overload and maximum results. It's more like a semi-private pt session, delivering mega bang for buck.

sweat, 45 mins

a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session that delivers an epic full-body workout of high intensity bursts.

Fantastic for building cardiovascular fitness, reducing body fat and making you feel all-round amazing long after the session is over.

grind, 45 mins

a metabolic conditioning workout that works the entire body using a series of compound and dynamic movements executed at high intensity, but for longer durations than a HIIT session. Utilising all 3 of the body’s energy systems (ATP, anaerobic and aerobic) to create huge physiological benefits, it’s challenging but with an awesome pay-off.
